The Associate Fraud Analyst reviews and investigates suspected fraudulent activities of our credit union partners. This is an entry level position and will use various monitoring systems and reports to identify suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity. The role will research fraudulent and suspicious activity and take appropriate measures to validate transactions and prevent losses. Fraud Analysts will be required to provide excellent customer service and build meaningful relationships with our customers and our credit union partners.

Work Environment- This position operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filling cabinets and fax machines.

Emotional Effort- Occasional short deadlines. The work environment is occasionally hectic with periods of high stress.
Internal/External Interaction- Steady and ongoing with occasional periods of low volume.
