Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist
The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist will be part of the Consumer Lending Servicing team. The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for processing all types of consumer loan servicing requests, ensuring completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and quality member service. This position will maintain existing member relationships, provide excellent member service and efficient operational activities. The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist will ensure adherence to the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs) between S3 and the partner credit unions. S3 has a commitment to excellence and the highest standards of member service.

Work Environment- This position operates in a professional office environment. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filling cabinets and fax machines.
Cognitive Requirements-

Occasionally: Walk- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another. Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Constantly: Sit- Remaining in a seated position for long periods of time. Use hands/fingers for repetitive keyboard & hand motion. Speak coherently.
Emotional Effort- Occasional short deadlines. The work environment is occasionally hectic with periods of high stress.
Internal/External Interaction- Steady and ongoing with occasional periods of low volume.
